Doctor Who Crossovers - recs

One of the things I most enjoy about fanfic are crossovers. It's one of the things that fanfic was made for, because they aren't possible by and large in the real world. When it comes to Doctor Who, this is doubly true because the TARDIS can turn up anywhere and generally does. (I have doubts about cartoons, though, just because of picturing 2D people meeting 3D, but that's just me).
So, some of my favourites so far. Please note, these are recs, and not mine, even if I might wish some of them were.
Discworld (Pratchett) Crossovers:
The Dalek Invasion of Discworld by TigerKat (All Ages, No Doctor, just Daleks)

If the Daleks invaded the Discworld, this is exactly how it would go. Brilliant.
This Time Round: Trouble in store by John Elliott
This is a TTR story, so bear that in mind, but lots of fun with 60s Who characters and uses one of my very favourite Pratchett ideas (from Reaper Man). (All Ages, Second Doctor, Zoe, Jamie, Victoria, Isobel Watkins, Gia Kelly, Samantha Briggs, Liz Shaw)

It's worth noting that the Librarian and Death turn up in an awful lot of TTR stories, if you like this sort of madness.
P G Wodehouse (Jeeves & Wooster)
Fetch the Doctor, Jeeves! By idontlikegravy (All Ages, Fifth Doctor)
It's the Fifth Doctor, Bertie and Jeeves and done well. Do I really have to say anything more?

Red Dwarf
First Contact by JJPOR (PG, maybe? Seven, Ace, set S2/3ish in Red Dwarf)
Seven and Ace meet the Dwarfers. It's great fun.

Last of Your Species Support Group by AmyWolf
This is a really neat crossover, but you'll have to read it to see why. (All Ages, Ten, Lister, Rimmer)

And some more random crossovers...
Torchwood / Howl's Moving Castle (Diana Wynne Jones)
What Planet Are you From? by TigerKat
It never occurred to me that Howl was from Cardiff, too. So Jack gets to meet someone weirder, vainer and possibly prettier than he is. Sophie cleans up the mess as usual. I love this. If only Doctor Who and DWJ met more often. I'll have to see if I can think of something...

All Creatures Great and Small
...But Brave by Freya (All Ages, Tegan, Triston Farnon)
Another one that's obvious in retrospect, but no one else seems to have thought of. Tegan meets Tristan Farnon, who's more than happy to pretend to be his Time Lord double. Short and fun.

Just A Minute! by The Secretive Bus (All Ages, Fifth Doctor, Romana, The Master)
I confess I know pretty much nothing about Just A Minute, but this is very funny anyway.

Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy
Seeking Lethe by Kerr Avonson (PG maybe? Nine, Zaphod Beeblebrox)
I know Hitchhiker almost is a crossover of Doctor Who by default, but this is worth it just for the description of the Time Lords. And it makes sense that Nine would try this...

Again, as I said, none of these are mine. Neither is Doctor Who, thankfully. If it did, fans would only throw things...
